HOW TO MAKE A HOBBIT COSTUME!

This is how I am doing it lol

Suit - own it (using a female suit!)
Blanket - Second hand store, army blanket

And WHA-LA  a hobbit ready to go (Think I will have to wear flip flops, it will be cold, but don't want cut feet either.
